                            <p>This study aims to examine the relationships between managers&#039; rational and intuitive decisions with self-confidence and self-efficacy antecedents, whether socio-demographic characteristics differ according to decision-making styles, to reveal the effect of self-confidence and self-efficacy levels on decision-making styles, and finally to reveal the role ambiguity of decision-making styles and aims to determine the results regarding the level of role conflict. In this context, it was carried out with data consisting of 239 managers in entrepreneurial companies operating in Ankara University Gölbaşı Teknokent. Data was collected by face-to-face interviews with managers through the prepared survey form. Pearson Correlation and multiple linear regression analyses were used to analyse the data. Because of the analyses, the results of managers&#039; rational and intuitive decisions regarding self-confidence and self-efficacy, as well as role ambiguity and role conflict were evaluated as an application in entrepreneurial companies. Therefore, this study is one of the special studies researched on managers with decision-making authority in entrepreneurial companies operating in Techno parks.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışma, yöneticilerin rasyonel ve sezgisel kararlarının öz güven ve öz yeterlilik öncülleri ile ilişkilerini incelemeyi, sosyo-demografik özelliklerin karar verme stillerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını, öz güven ve öz yeterlilik düzeylerinin karar verme stilleri üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymayı, son olarak karar verme stillerinin rol belirsizliği ve rol çatışması düzeyine ilişkin sonuçlarını belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışma Ankara Üniversitesi Gölbaşı Teknokent’de girişimci firmalardaki 239 yöneticiden oluşan veriler ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hazırlanan anket formu aracılığıyla yöneticiler ile yüz yüze görüşülerek veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Pearson Korelasyon ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, yöneticilerin rasyonel ve sezgisel kararlarının öz güven ve öz yeterlilik öncülleri ile rol belirsizliği ve rol çatışmasına ilişkin sonuçları girişimci firmalarda bir uygulama şeklinde değerlendirilmiştir. Dolayısıyla gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma Teknokent’de faaliyet gösteren girişimci firmalardaki karar verme yetkisine sahip olan yöneticilerde araştırılan özel çalışmalardan birisi olma niteliğindedir.</p></abstract>
