                                                                                                <abstract><p>Günümüz rekabetçi iş dünyasında, çalışanların yaratıcılık ve verimlilik düzeyleri, örgütlerin sürdürülebilir başarısı için belirleyici hale gelmiştir. Bireyin yaratıcılığını destekleyebilecek faktörlerden biri, bireyin dikkatini bilinçli bir şekilde mevcut duruma yöneltmesi ile düşünce ve duygularını yargılamadan kabul edebilme becerisi olarak tanımlanan bilinçli farkındalıktır. Diğeri ise bireyin yaptığı işe tamamen odaklanarak zaman ve çevre algısını kaybettiği, keyif ve performansın üst düzeye ulaştığı bir zihinsel durum olarak ifade edilen akış deneyimidir. Yaratıcı iş ortamlarının oluşmasındaki önemi nedeniyle, önceki araştırmalarda bu kavramları etkileyen bireysel faktörler incelenmiş ve çalışanların yaşı ile çalışma süresi gibi değişkenlerin bu süreçle ilişkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, çalışma süresinin bilinçli farkındalık ile akış deneyimi arasındaki ilişkideki rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yazılım alanının, karmaşık problemlere özgün çözümler geliştiren ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştiren bu nedenle yaratıcılık ve inovasyonu gerektiren bir alan olması sebebiyle araştırmanın bu alanda gerçekleştirilmesine karar verilmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan 123 yazılım geliştirme uzmanından anketler ile toplanan veriler PROCESS makrosu ile değerlendirilmiş ve bilinçli farkındalığın akış deneyimini pozitif yönde etkilediği, ayrıca çalışma süresinin bilinçli farkındalık ve akış deneyimi arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyici etkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, çalışma süresi düşük ve orta seviyelerdeyken, bilinçli farkındalık ile akış deneyimi arasındaki ilişki aynı yönde devam etmekte ancak çalışma süresi yüksek seviyelere çıktığında bu ilişki zayıflamaktadır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>In today&#039;s competitive business environment, employees&#039; creativity and productivity are critical determinants of an organization&#039;s sustainable success. One factor in fostering individual creativity is mindfulness, defined as one’s ability to deliberately direct attention to the present moment and accept one&#039;s thoughts and emotions without judgment. Another factor is flow experience, a mental state where an individual is fully immersed in a task so much that the perception of time and surroundings fades within optimal enjoyment and performance. Previous research emphasized the importance of mindfulness and flow experience in developing creative work environments and examined various individual characteristics, such as age and tenure, which influence these variables. Accordingly, the present study investigates the role of tenure in the relationship between mindfulness and flow experience. The software industry provides a context where creativity and innovation are required to develop unique solutions for complex problems and improve user experience. Data were collected via questionnaires from 123 software development specialists and analyzed using the PROCESS macro. The results indicated that mindfulness affects flow experience positively, and tenure moderates the relationship between mindfulness and flow experience. A positive relationship between mindfulness and flow experience persists at low and moderate tenure levels and weakens at high levels.</p></trans-abstract>
