OCB is affectedby individual’s attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions about the organizationand in this context; one might mention many antecedents of OCB. In presentstudy, the relation between OCB and locus of control, generalizedself-efficacy, job satisfaction and organizational justice perception asantecedents was searched in a group of 156 white-collar employees who werestudying in public sector and then it was tried to complete the deficiencies incomprehensive model approach of previous studies. The findings showed that whilethe independent variables had significant relations with OCBs towardorganization (OCB-O), OCBs toward individuals (OCB-I) had relation only withgeneralized self-efficacy.</p></trans-abstract>

Bu çalışmada,söz konusu öncüller kapsamında kontrol odağı, genel öz yeterlik, iş tatmini veörgütsel adalet algısının ÖVD ile ilişkisi kamuda çalışan 156 yönetici üzerindedeğerlendirilmiş; daha önce yapılmış çalışmalarda görülen bütüncül yaklaşımkonusundaki eksiklikler tamamlanmaya çalışılmıştır.
