                            <p>The present study aims to investigate the effects of organizational psychological ownership on innovative work behaviorand whether cyberloafing activities havemoderating role on relationship between organizational psychologicalownership and cyberloafing activities. Hypotheses of the study are tested with a sample of 355 administrativeand academic staff of Inonu University. As a resultof this study, it is determined that there is positive relationshipbetween the psychological ownership and innovative business behavior ofuniversity staff. In addition, the resultdemonstrated that cyberloafing activities havemoderating role on relationship between corporate psychologicalownership and innovative work behavior. Therelationship between corporate ownership and innovative work behavior issignificant and positive for low cyberloafing activities (B=0,534, p&amp;lt;0.01).The relationship is weaker for highcyberloafing activities (B=0,193 p&amp;lt;0.01). Based onthe findings, it could be suggested that increasingcorporate ownership and reducing cyberloafingactivities might contribute to corporate success byinnovative work behavior.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Buçalışmanın amacı; kuruma yönelik psikolojik sahiplenmenin, yenilikçi işdavranışına olan etkisini tespit etmek ve kuruma duyulan psikolojik sahiplenmeile yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkide sanal kaytarmanın düzenleyicilikrolü olup olmadığını saptamaktır. Araştırmanın hipotezleri, İnönü Üniversitesiidari ve akademik “355” personelinden oluşan örneklem üzerinden testedilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, üniversite personelinin kuruma yönelikpsikolojik sahiplenme duygularıyla yenilikçi iş davranışı arasında olumluilişkinin olduğu, bu ilişkide sanal kaytarmanın düzenleyicilik rolüne sahipolduğu görülmüştür. Düşüksanal kaytarma oranına sahip olanlar için kurumu sahiplenme ve yenilikçi işdavranışı arasındaki ilişki anlamlı ve pozitif yönlüdür (B=0,417, p&amp;lt;0.01). Yüksek sanal kaytarma yapanlar için ise builişki daha zayıftır (B=0,151, p&amp;lt;0.01). Çalışmanın bulgularından hareketle,kuruma yönelik psikolojik sahiplenmenin artırılmasının, sanal kaytarma oranınıdüşürülmesinin, yenilikçi iş davranışını artırabileceği, bu durumun kurumsalbaşarıya katkı sağlayabileceği söylenebilir.</p></abstract>
