                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırma makalesinin temel amacı, 2000’li yıllardan sonra Örgütsel Davranış yazınında hâkim paradigma olan Pozitif Örgütsel Davranış akımına paralel olarak çalışanların psikolojik esenliklerinin yine örgütler açısından son dönemlerde zorunlu ve etkili bir çalışma tarzı olarak ortaya çıkan takım çalışması ve performansı üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Ayrıca algılanan dönüştürücü liderlik tarzının bu etkileşimdeki düzenleyici rolü de araştırmanın modeli içerisinde yer almaktadır. Bu araştırmaya ait veriler Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren hizmet sektörü çalışanlarından elde edilmiştir. Analizlere dahil edilen anket sayısı 1101’dir. Araştırmaya ait bulgular incelendiğinde, psikolojik esenliğin takım performansı üzerindeki etkisi doğrulanmaktadır. Psikolojik esenlik aynı zamanda çalışanların dönüştürücü liderlik algılarını da olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Çalışmada, dönüştürücü liderliğin takım performansı üzerinde doğrudan oldukça yüksek düzeyde bir etkiye sahip olduğunun istatiksel olarak kanıtlanması da bu çalışmanın literatüre olan kuramsal katkısı açısından yine önemli bir bulguyu oluşturmaktadır.</p></abstract>
