Bu çalışmada toplumsal yapının tüm olguları ile bütünlük teşkil eden bir sosyal yapılar bütünü olduğu, yapılarla bireysel davranışlar arasında doğrudan ilişkilerin olduğu hususları tartışılmıştır. Ayrıca kültürün sadece geleneksel toplumlarda geçerli olmadığı, modernleşmenin yaşandığı ülkelerde de işlevsel olduğu noktaların tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Sosyal yapının pozitivist bir nazarla algılanmasının, analiz edilmesinin yanlış tedavileri ve yönetimleri beraberinde getireceği görülmektedir. Bu kapsamda düşünüldüğünde bireyin kültürsüz yaşamasının, kendi manevi içyapısının varlığına aykırı olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu nedenle, toplumsal yapının incelenmesinde doğa bilimlerine uygulanan yöntemin sosyal bilimlere uygulanmasının eksik tespitleri ortaya çıkaracağı görülmektedir. Kültür, sosyal olguda birey ile toplum arasında sıkı bir soyut bağ oluşturduğundan, bu yapıların ömrünü tamamladığı söylemiyle, yok edilmeye, parçalanmaya çalışılması sağlıklı bir toplumsal bütünlük açısından realiteyi yansıtmamaktadır. Kültürün yok edilerek boş olan alanın, geçici haz oluşturan çeşitli eğlencelerle, kültürün yerinin doldurulmaya çalışılması sağlıklı sonuçları vermediği anlaşılmaktadır. Bu sebeple çalışmada kültürün işlevsel olduğu hususları göz önüne alınarak toplumsal yapıda soyut değerlerin önemine dikkat çekilmektedir.
In this study, it has been discussed that social structure constitutes integrity with all the facts of the social structure and that there are direct relationships between the structures and individual behaviors. It is also aimed to discuss the points where culture is not only valid in traditional societies but also functional in modern countries. It is seen that perceiving and analyzing the social structure with a positivist perspective will bring wrong treatments and managements. When considered in this context, it is understood that the uncultured life of individuals is against the existence of his own spiritual inner structure. Therefore, the application of the method applied to the natural sciences in the investigation of the social structure appears to reveal incomplete determinations in social science. Since culture creates a tight bond between the individual and the society in the social phenomenon, the attempt to destroy and disintegrate with the discourse that these structures have completed its life does not reflect reality in terms of healthy social integrity. It is understood that trying to fill the place of culture with various entertainments that create temporary pleasure, but destroying the culture does not give healthy results. For that reason, the importance of intangible values in the social structure is emphasized considering the functional aspects of the culture.
