Süt Dişlerinde Direkt Pulpa Kaufaj Tedavisi

Year 2023, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 62 - 64, 29.04.2023

Abstract

Süt dişi direkt pulpa kuafaj tedavilerinde vaka seçim ve prosedürlerde rijit kurallara bağlı kalınırsa başarı oranını oldukça yüksektir. Süt dişlerinde indirekt pulpa kuafajı ve pulpotomi, direkt pulpa kuafaj tedavisine göre başarı oranlarının yüksek olmasına rağmen, pulpektomiye gerek kalmadan vital süt dişi pulpasının iyileşme kapasitesinin olduğu gerçeği bilinmektedir. Süt dişlerinde direkt pulpa kuafajını reddetmeden önce bunun uygulanabilirliği gösteren kanıtlar olduğundan bu vital pulpa tedavisi kesinlikle daha fazla araştırmayı hak ediyor.

Direct Pulp Capping in Primary Teeth

Year 2023, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 62 - 64, 29.04.2023

Abstract

In direct pulp capping treatments of deciduous teeth, the success rate is quite high if rigid rules are adhered to in case selection and procedures. Although indirect pulp capping and pulpotomy in primary teeth have higher success rates compared to direct pulp capping treatment, the fact that vital primary tooth pulp has a healing capacity without the need for pulpectomy is known. This vital pulp treatment certainly deserves further investigation, as there is evidence demonstrating its feasibility before definitively rejecting direct pulp capping in primary teeth.
