AN OVERVIEW OF HEALTHCARE SERVICES IN THE INDUSTRY 5.0 ERA

Abstract

Industrial revolutions are recognized as one of the most important turning points in human history. These revolutions, which created a profound transformation in social, economic and technological fields, took place in a wide process ranging from the age of mechanization to mass production, information technologies, smart production and personalization. Technology is of great importance in industrial revolutions. The automation of production processes was enabled by technology, which increased productivity, reduced dependence on human labor with the use of machines and led to a radical change in industrial production. The stages of industrial development have also been reflected in the health sector and have led to significant transformations in this field. In the field of health, technology is increasingly making its impact felt as one of the important external factors. The use of technology in healthcare provides many advantages for healthcare professionals, patients, healthcare managers and other interested parties. In this study, in which current developments in the literature are analysed through a review method, the objectives, tools and potential results of Industry 5.0 aiming to improve the health and quality of life of the society in the light of various perspectives are included in detail. New technologies should be examined in depth, priority areas should be identified, as in the case of healthcare, and the contribution of technological advances to public health should be analyzed. By identifying the gaps and the priority areas of need, research should be conducted on behalf of human health.

ENDÜSTRİ 5.0 DÖNEMİNDE SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİNE GENEL BİR BAKIŞ

Abstract

Endüstri devrimleri, insanlık tarihinin en önemli dönüm noktalarından biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Toplumsal, ekonomik ve teknolojik alanlarda derinlemesine bir dönüşüm yaratan bu devrimler; mekanizasyon çağından seri üretim, bilişim teknolojileri, akıllı üretim ve personalizasyona kadar uzanan geniş bir süreç içinde gerçekleşmiştir. Sanayi devrimlerinde teknolojinin önemi büyüktür. Üretim süreçlerinin otomasyonu teknoloji sayesinde sağlanmış, bu sayede verimlilik yükselmiş, makinelerin kullanımı ile insan emeğine olan bağımlılık azalmış ve sanayi üretiminde köklü bir değişim meydana gelmiştir. Endüstriyel gelişim aşamaları, sağlık sektöründe de karşılık bulmuş ve bu alanda önemli dönüşümlere sebebiyet vermiştir. Sağlık alanında da teknoloji; önemli dış faktörlerden biri olarak etkisini giderek daha fazla hissettirmektedir. Sağlık hizmetlerinde teknolojinin kullanımı; sağlık çalışanları, hastalar, sağlık yöneticileri ve ilgili diğer taraflar için pek çok avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Literatürdeki güncel gelişmelerin derleme yöntemiyle incelendiği bu çalışmada, Endüstri 5.0’ın çeşitli perspektifler ışığında toplumun sağlık ve yaşam kalitesini artırmayı hedefleyen amaçları, araçları ve potansiyel sonuçlarına detaylıca yer verilmektedir. Yeni teknolojilerin derinlemesine incelenmesi, sağlık hizmetleri örneğinde olduğu gibi öncelikli alanların belirlenmesi ve teknolojideki gelişmelerin toplumsal sağlık açısından katkıları analiz edilmelidir. Eksiklikler ve hangi bölümlerde ihtiyacın öncelikli olduğu tespit edilerek, insan sağlığı adına araştırmaların yönünün tayininde kullanılması önerilmektedir. Uluslararası bilgi paylaşımı artırılarak, küresel sağlık stratejilerinin koordinasyonu hedeflenmelidir.
