DUYGUSAL EMEK: BİR LİTERATÜR DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Öz

Çalışan davranışlarının, örgütsel çıktılar üzerinde pozitif ve negatif etkilerinin olduğu bilinen bir gerçektir. Dolayısıyla, çalışanın duygu ve davranışlarını müşteri memnuniyeti oluşturacak şekle getirmesi neredeyse zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı, duygusal emek davranışının niteliğini, literatürde konu ile ilgili ne tür çalışmaların yapıldığını, örgütsel ve bireysel sonuçlarını ortaya koyarak alan yazının ilerleyebileceği yönünü belirlemektir. Sonuçta, yönetim alanında ve yöneticilerle ilgili sınırlı sayıda çalışmaya rastlanmış, alan yazının bu yönde bir boşluk olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
