Bu makalede ‘anı’ olgusunun geçmişten bugüne ressamların yaratımlarını ne şekilde etkilediği araştırılmıştır. ‘Anı’olgusu, geçmişte yaşanan deneyimlerin, duyumların, izlenimlerin ve algıların, kişinin belleğinde kalan izidir. Belleğinişlevi ile birlikte, sanat eserinin oluşumunda sanatçının psikolojisi, kişiliği ve çevre faktörünün rolü ele alınmıştır.Rönesans’tan günümüze kadar anı olgusunun sanatçıların eserlerine olan yansımalarına değinilmiştir. Toplumsalanıların yanında, özellikle sanatçıların travmatik çocukluk anılarının, klasik ve modern resim sanatındaki yansımalarıincelenmiştir. Anı olgusunun psikolojik anlamlar taşıyan otobiyografik nitelikli yapıtların oluşumunda önemli yere sahipolmasından dolayı; sanatçıya dönük biyografik eleştiri, yeni eleştiri ve Freudçu psikanaliz bağlamında seçilen üçsanatçının (Leonardo da Vinci, Caspar David Friedrich ve Edvard Munch) özellikle “travmatik anılar” taşıyan eserleriincelenmiştir. Sanatçının yaşantısı ile eseri arasında kurduğu bağ araştırılmıştır.
In this article, it has been investigated how the phenomenon of "memory" has affected the creations of painters frompast to present. The phenomenon of "memory" is the trace of the experiences, sensations, impressions, and perceptionsin the memory of the person. Along with the function of memory, the psychology, personality, and the role of theenvironmental factor of the artist in the formation of the artwork are discussed. The reflections of the phenomenon ofmemory on the works of artists from the Renaissance until today are mentioned. Besides social memories, thereflections of especially traumatic childhood memories of artists on classical and modern painting art have beenexamined. Since the phenomenon of memory has an important place in the formation of autobiographical works withpsychological meanings, the works of three artists (Leonardo da Vinci, Caspar David Friedrich, and Edvard Munch)selected in the context of biographical criticism, new criticism, and Freudian psychoanalysis towards the artist,especially those bearing "traumatic memories" have been examined. The connection that the artist establishedbetween his life and his work has been investigated.
