<p>Migraine is a headache, which is often characterized by unilateral and/or pulsating, moderate to severe headache attacks, which can be triggered by routine physical activity, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, and osmophobia. Migraine, which is common in society, causes serious loss of function and adversely affects the quality of life. Due to the complexity of migraine pathophysiology and the accompanying musculoskeletal and/or sensorimotor disorders, there is no standard treatment method accepted and applied by clinicians. Various current physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches such as exercise, mind, and body unity approaches, manual therapy, and electrotherapy can be used in migraine management. Although pharmacological treatment is frequently used in migraine. Considering the economic burden, side effects, and contraindications, it is an important requirement to determine the effectiveness of various physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches, which are inexpensive, easy, and have fewer side effects, on pain, function, and quality of life. Thus, this review aimed to summarize the effects of current physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches used in migraine management on pain, function, and quality of life.</p></trans-abstract>
