The purpose of this study, PhysicalEducation Teachers' job satisfaction and burnout levels to reveal. In thisstudy, occupational burnout and job satisfaction according to the variables of"Physical Education Teachers", "type of school, sex, age,service year, place of work, class hours, marital status" The universe ofyour research; Physical education teachers who work in Trabzon, a total of 261physical education teachers who agree to participate in the study.The findings of job satisfaction andburnout levels were obtained through a questionnaire. Measuring the researcherspersonal information form, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and the MaslachBurnout Inventory was used. The survey findings, t- test, one-way variance(ANOVA) analysis based on the results interpreted, in order to find the sourceof the difference in the Tukey-HSD test was used. Statistical sense P <.05level of significance was determined. Data were evaluated by SPSS 21.0statistical software was used.There was no significant differencebetween the occupational burnout and job satisfaction levels of the physicaleducation teachers and the school type, gender and marital status. According tothe teachers aged 51-49 and above, the management and supervision jobsatisfaction of the Physical Education teachers were between 31-40 years; Inthe dimension of social need, it was determined that the teachers between theages of 20-30 were significantly higher than the teachers between the ages of31-40.Professional Experience; 11-15 years16-20 years group of teachers who work more than those teachers who are intheir exhaustion, the task is in place, working conditions, job satisfaction,the size of the profession in the province of the teachers working in thedistrict according to; social needs in the same way again in size, in theprovince of teachers job satisfaction is higher than the teachers in theborough.
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Beden EğitimiÖğretmenlerinin iş doyumu ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini ortaya koymaktır.Buçalışmada, Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin “okul türü, cinsiyet, yaş, hizmetyılı, görev yeri, ders saati, medeni durum” değişkenlerine göre meslekitükenmişlik ve iş doyumları incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini; Trabzon’dagörev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenleri, örneklemini ise; çalışmaya katılmayıkabul eden toplam 261 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır.Ölçme aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafındangeliştirilen kişisel bilgi formu, Minnesota iş Doyum Ölçeği ve MaslachTükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular bilgisayar ortamınaaktarılmış ve istatistiksel olarak, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans (ANOVA) analizi,farkın kaynağını bulmak amacıyla da TUKEY-HSD testi uygulanmış ve anlamlılıkdüzeyi P<.05 olarak belirlenmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 21,0istatistik programı kullanılmıştır.Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin meslekitükenmişlik ve iş doyum düzeyleri ile okul türü, cinsiyet ve medeni durumlarıarasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamış, 51 yaş ve üzeri Beden Eğitimiöğretmenlerinin yönetim ve denetim iş doyumlarının 31-40 yaş arasındakiöğretmenlere göre; sosyal gereksinim boyutunda ise, 20-30 yaş arasındakiöğretmenlerin 31-40 yaş arası öğretmenlere göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğutespit edilmiştir.Mesleki deneyimde; 11-15 yıl görev yapanöğretmenlerin 16-20 yıl grubunda olan öğretmenlere göre daha fazla tükenmişlikyaşadıkları, görev yerlerinde ise, iş doyumunda mesleğin çalışma şartlarıboyutunda, ilde görev yapan öğretmenlerin ilçede görev yapanlara göre; yineaynı şekilde sosyal gereksinim boyutunda, ildeki öğretmenlerin beldedekiöğretmenlere göre iş doyumları yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
