                                                                                                <abstract><p>Human capital is a continuouslyincreasing concept that covers all of the following elements: experience,ability, knowledge, and ability. Social capital theory emphasizes that thenetwork connections of women managers, their relationships and trust areimportant. The relationship between social capital and human capital isimportant. In this context, it is aimed to emphasize the relationship betweenhuman capital and career success and the role of social capital in thisparticular sample on this study. Independent women&#039;s board members who areactive in the boards of the companies that are actively traded in Borsaİstanbul A.Ş. have been determined and the relationships, bonds and contactsthat each woman board member has with secondary data collection method havebeen determined and network between human capital and career success have beenrevealed.</p></abstract>

                            <p>İnsan sermayesi, insanların sonradanedindikleri tecrübe, yetenek, bilgi ve kabiliyet gibi unsurlarının tamamınıkapsayan bir kavram olarak sürekli artabilmektedir. Sosyal sermaye kuramı kadınyöneticilerin ağ bağlantılarının, kurmuş oldukları ilişkilerin ve güveninönemli olduğuna vurgu yapmaktadır. Sosyal sermaye ve insan sermayesi arasındakiilişki önemlidir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmada belirlenmiş özel örneklem üzerindeinsan sermayesi ve kariyer başarısı arasındaki ilişki ve sosyal sermayenin builişkideki rolünün ortaya çıkartılması amaçlanmıştır. Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.’deaktif olarak işlem gören şirketlerin yönetim kurullarında görev yapan bağımsızkadın yönetim kurulu üyeleri belirlenerek her kadın üyenin ikincil veri toplamayöntemi ile sahip olduğu ilişki, bağ ve temasları belirlenerek insan sermayesive kariyer başarıları arasındaki ilişkiler ortaya çıkartılmıştır.</p></trans-abstract>
