ÜNİVERSİTELERDE İÇ PAYDAŞ ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN TOPLUMSAL KATKI UYGULAMALARI

Öz

Günümüzde tüm dünyada üniversitelerin eğitim-öğretim, araştırma ve toplum hizmeti olmak üzere üç temel işlev ve sorumluluğunun olması gerektiği kabul edilmektedir. Bu kapsamda toplumsal katkı üniversitelerin önemli işlev ve sorumluluklarından biridir. Toplumsal katkı uygulamaları topluma doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri doğrultusunda değer katan ve üniversitenin tüm paydaşlarının etkileşimi ve iş birliği ile gerçekleştirilen uygulamalar olmalıdır. Toplumsal katkı yaklaşım ve uygulamalarında paydaş katılımı önemlidir. Üniversitelerin en önemli iç paydaşları öğrencilerdir. Ayrıca üniversite sosyal sorumluğu yaklaşımı ile üniversitelerden sosyal sorumluluk bilinci yüksek bireyler yetiştirmeleri de beklenilmektedir. Bu nedenlerle araştırmamızda üniversitelerin iç paydaş öğrencilerinin toplumsal katkı konusunda algı ve düşünceleri belirlenmek amaçlanmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.
