Abstract

Küreselleşme politik, akademik ve pratik alanda tüm dünyada popüler bir
konudur. Bu konuyu tam olarak anlayabilmek, birbiri ile ilişkili birçok sürecin
dikkate alınmasını gerektirmektedir. Küreselleşme üzerinde fikir beyan eden
birçok yazar, politikacı ya da siyasi eylemci, küreselleşmenin daha çok olumsuz
etkilerine vurgu yapmaktadır. Fakat bu makalede küreselleşme, farklı görüşleri
ifade eden dört temel bakış açısı çerçevesinden incelenmiştir. Ardından,
küreselleşme ve sosyal politika ilişkisi bu dört bakış açısı ışığında kurulmuştur.
Çalışmada temel olarak, küreselleşme ve sosyal politika arasında iki yönlü ve
dinamik ilişkinin varlığı tespit edilmiştir.
Bu makale dört bölüm üzerine yapılandırılmıştır. İlk bölüm, küreselleşme
kavramı ile ilgilidir. İkinci bölüm küreselleşme ve sosyal politika ilişkisini, üçüncü
bölüm bu ilişkiyi dinamik sürecin bir parçası olarak incelemektedir. Son bölüm
ise değerlendirme ve sonucu içermektedir.
