Özerklik ve ödüllendirmenin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde çalışanın inovasyona yönelik davranışının aracılık rolüne yönelik bir araştırma

Öz

Örgütlerçalışanlarının performanslarını arttırmak için birçok yöntem kullanmaktadır.Ödüllendirme ve çalışanlara özerklik verilmesi bu yöntemlerdendir. Bu çalışma, çalışanların özerklik ve ödülalgılarının çalışanın inovasyona yönelik davranışı aracılığı ile çalışanperformansı üzerindeki etkisini incelemek ve kişilerin demografik özelliklerinegöre özerklik, ödüllendirme, çalışanın inovasyona yönelik davranışı ve çalışanperformansındaki farklılıkları ortaya koymak amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmasonucunda, ödüllendirme algısının çalışan performansı üzerindekietkisinde çalışanın inovasyona yönelik davranışının kısmi aracılık rolü olduğuve özerklik algısının çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde çalışanıninovasyona yönelik davranışının tam aracı rolü olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca demografikdeğişkenlere göre ödüllendirme algıları, özerklik algıları, çalışanıninovasyona yönelik davranışı ve çalışan performansı farklılık analizlerisonucunda, katılımcıların çalışma hayatında bulunma süreleriaçısından ödüllendirme, özerklik algılarında, çalışanın inovasyona yönelikdavranışlarında ve mevcut şirkette çalışma süreleri açısından özerklikalgılarında anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Öz

Örgütler çalışanlarının performanslarını arttırmak için birçok yöntem kullanmaktadır. Ödüllendirme ve çalışanlara özerklik verilmesi bu yöntemlerdendir. Bu çalışma, çalışanların özerklik ve ödül algılarının çalışanın inovasyona yönelik davranışı aracılığı ile çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisini incelemek ve kişilerin demografik özelliklerine göre özerklik, performansındaki farklılıkları ortaya koymak amacıyla yürütülmüştür.
