Bilgi tüketiminin hızla gerçekleşmesi ve yeni teknoloji sistemlerinin toplumsal çevrelerce kabul görmesi, kitleleri içerik ve bilgi paylaşımı noktasında özgür kılmış ve insan hayatında birçok yeniliği de beraberinde getirmiştir. Bireyler, haklarını özgür kamusal alanda arayarak dijital sahada örgütlü eylemlerde bulunmaya başlamıştır. Bu eylemler toplumsal dinamikleri ve değerleri tabandan etkileyerek sosyal medya ağlarının gücünü ortaya koymuştur. Geniş kitleler, hızlı erişim ve iletişim birleşerek siyasal iletişim alanını da dijitale taşımıştır. Siyasal iletişimin yeni ifade alanı olan bu yeni dünyada siyasi partiler de gerçekliğin izdüşümünü sağlayanlar arasında yerini almaktadır.Bu çalışmada Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi’nde yer alan partilerin resmi X hesapları ile aynı partilerin genel başkanlarının ve parti sözcülerinin kişisel hesaplarından sınır ötesi operasyonlara ilişkin yaptıkları paylaşımlar incelenmiştir. Çalışmada içerik analizi yapılarak partilerin başta kendi kitleleri üzerinde ve ardından toplumun geri kalanı üzerinde oluşturmak istedikleri algı ve etkileşimler değerlendirilmiştir.
The rapid consumption of information and the acceptance of new technology systems by social circles have liberated the masses in terms of sharing content and information and brought many innovations in human life. Individuals have begun to take organizational actions in the digital field by seeking their rights in the free public sphere. These actions have demonstrated the power of social media networks by influencing social dynamics and values from the grassroots. The concepts of large masses, rapid access and communication have combined to bring the field of political communication to digital. In this new world where activists turn into slacktivists, political parties also take their place among those who provide the projection of reality.In this study, the official Twitter accounts of the parties in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and the posts of the chairmen and party spokespersons of the same parties regarding their work-related operations from their personal accounts were examined. In the study, content analysis was conducted to evaluate the perceptions and interactions that the parties wanted to create, first on their own audiences and then on the rest of the society.
