From Strategy to Implementation: What Türkiye’s New AI Action Plan Means for Healthcare
Abstract
Türkiye’s transition from the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2021–2025 to the Artificial Intelligence Action Plan 2026–2030 reflects a shift in health AI policy from innovation toward implementation, governance, safety, and real-world validation. This editorial highlights the key implications and implementation priorities of this new phase for the healthcare system.
