Amaç: Bu araştırma eş desteğinin annelerin doğum sonu güvenlik hisleri ile ilişkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı-ilişki arayıcı türde olan araştırmanın örneklemini bir üniversite hastanesinde doğum yapan 204 anne oluşturmuştur. Veriler, Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Erken Lohusalık Sürecinde Kadınların Algıladıkları Eş Desteği Ölçeği (ELSKAEDÖ) ve Annelerin Doğum Sonu Güvenlik Hisleri Ölçeği (ADSGHÖ) ile toplanmıştır. İstatistik parametreleri ortalama±standart sapma, sayı ve oranlar ile ifade edilmiştir. Veriler, Bağımsız Gruplarda T testi, Mann-Whitney U testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA), Kruskall Wallis testi ve Pearson Korelasyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir.Bulgular: Araştırmada annelerin yaş ortalaması 29,54±6,07 olup, %32,74’ünün ilk kez doğum yaptığı ve %90,2’sinin aile üyelerinden destek aldığı bulunmuştur. Annelerin ELSKAEDÖ toplam puan ortalaması 58,08±9,01 ve ADSGHÖ toplam puan ortalaması 64,29±10,27 olarak bulunmuştur. Annelerin algıladıkları eş desteği ile doğum sonu güvenlik hisleri arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (r=0,513; p

Aim: This study aimed to determine the relationship between spousal support and mothers' postpartum sense of security.Method: The sample of this descriptive-correlational study constituted 204 mothers who gave birth in a university hospital. The data were collected using the Personal Information Form, Spouse Support Scale Perceived by Women in the Early Postpartum Period (SSSPWEPP), and Mothers' Sense of Security Scale (MPSS). Statistical parameters were expressed as mean±standard deviation, numbers, and ratios. Data were evaluated by Independent Groups T test, Mann-Whitney U test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Kruskall Wallis test and Pearson Correlation analysis. Results: In the study, the mean age of the mothers was 29.54±6.07, 32.74% gave birth for the first time, and 90.2% received support from family members. The total mean score of the SSSPWEPP was found to be 58.08±9.01, and the total mean score of the MPSS was found to be 64.29±10.27.
