Gastrointestinal poliplerin retrospektif analizi: 1 yıllık dönem

Abstract

Amaç: Anabilim dalımızda tanı alan gastrointestinal sisteme ait polipektomi materyallerinde izlenen bulguların literatür ile uyumu ve varsa farklı özelliklerin tespiti için bu çalışmayı planladık.

Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamızda 2017 yılı içinde anabilim dalımızda tanısı konulan gastrointestinal sisteme ait 325 adet polipektomi materyali lokalizasyon, çap, yaş ve histopatolojik tiplerine göre incelendi.

Bulgular: Hastaların yaş dağılımı 5-88 arasında değişmekte olup, yaş ortalaması 62,3 yıl, ortalama çap 5,8 mm olarak saptandı. Poliplerin yerleşim yeri açısından bakıldığında %72,6’ü kolon, %24’ü mide, %0,3’ü ise ince barsak ve anastomoz bölgesi yerleşimliydi. Kolon poliplerinin büyük kısmının sigmoidde (%33,0), mide yerleşimli poliplerin ise büyük kısmının antrumda (%26,9) oldukları saptandı. Gastrointestinal sistem poliplerinde histopatolojik tipler bakımından en büyük hasta grubunu (%49,8) hiperplastik polip oluştururken;  %25,5 olgu ile tübüler adenom ikinci sırada yer almaktaydı.

Sonuç: Gastrointestinal sistem poliplerini analiz ettiğimiz çalışmamızda sonuçlarımız literatür bulguları ile benzerlik göstermektedir.
