Vertebrobaziler hipoplazi bulunan olguda unilateral vertebral arter diseksiyonuna bağlı beyin sapı enfarktının radyolojik bulguları

Abstract

Vertebrobaziler sistemin konjenital hipoplazisi oldukça nadir görülen fakat özellikle genç erişkin hasta grubunda posterior sistem iskemi ya da enfarktına neden olabilecek önemli bir klinik durumdur. Genellikle semptomatik olduğunda tespit edilen bu hastalığın tanısında beyin bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT), manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) ve diffüzyon görüntüleme yöntemlerinden faydalanılır. Biz bu olguyu nadir görülen ve klinik olarak önemli sonuçları olan bu hastalığın radyolojik bulgularının bilinmesinin tanıya katkı sağlayacağı düşüncesiyle sunmaktayız.
