                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin yaşlı bireye yönelik tutumlarının bakım algısı üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi, bakım kalitesi ve hasta memnuniyetinin değerlendirilmesinde önemli bir etmendir. Bu araştırma, hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin yaşlı bireye yönelik tutumlarının bakım davranışlarına etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı- ilişki arayıcı tasarımdaki araştırmada İstanbul’da özel özel bir üniversitenin iki kampüsünde çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 172 son sınıf hemşirelik öğrencisi ile gerçekleştirildi. Veriler, Bireysel Özellikler Formu, Yaşlı Bireye Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği ve Bakım Davranışları Ölçeği -24 ile toplandı. Bulgular: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin yaşlı bireylere yönelik tutumları ile bakım davranışları arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu bulundu (r=0,22; p</p></abstract>
