                                                                                                <abstract><p>Yapay zekâ ve makine öğrenimi insan zekâsına benzer öğrenme yetenekleri kazandıran teknolojilerdir. Bu tür yenilikçi teknolojiler, sigorta sektörünün iş yapma şeklini radikal olarak değiştirmekle birlikte işlemlerin hızlı gerçekleştirilmesi, gelişmiş güvenlik uygulamaları ve her zaman erişilebilir olma yönleriyle yeni fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Bu teknolojilerin kullanımı, veri analizi, risk değerlendirmesi, poliçe fiyatlandırması, hasar tespiti ve müşteri ilişkileri gibi birçok alanı doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu sayede sigorta şirketleri büyük miktardaki veriyi daha etkili bir şekilde analiz etme imkanına sahip olacaklardır. Hasar tespiti konusunda ileri görüntü işleme teknikleri ve algoritmalara dayalı analizleri, hasar tespitinin değerlendirilmesini hızlandırmaktadır. Bu çalışma, yapay zekâ ve makine öğreniminin sigorta sektöründe etkili bir biçimde kullanılmasının, avantajlı bir durum yaratabileceği ve özellikle müşteri ilişkileri yönetiminde daha etkili olacağı ortaya konulmaktadır. Ayrıca bu çalışma akademik araştırmalara ve sektör uygulayıcılarına ışık tutacaktır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Artificial intelligence and machine learning are technologies that provide learning capabilities similar to human intelligence. Such innovative technologies radically change the way the insurance industry does business and offer new opportunities in terms of fast transaction processing, enhanced security applications and always-on accessibility. The use of these technologies directly affects many areas such as data analysis, risk assessment, policy pricing, loss adjustment and customer relations. In this way, insurance companies will be able to analyze large amounts of data more effectively. Advanced image processing techniques and analysis based on algorithms accelerate the evaluation of damage assessment. This study reveals that the effective use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the insurance sector can create an advantageous situation and will be more effective especially in customer relationship management. In addition, this study will shed light on academic research and sector practitioners.</p></trans-abstract>
