                                                                                                <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>Veri madenciliği, büyük veri tabanlarında depolanan değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya çıkarmak ve verilerden anlamlı bilgilere ulaşmak için kullanılır. Devlet kurumlarında bulunan büyük boyutlu veriye sahip veri tabanları uygun yazılımlarla değerlendirilerek gelecek ile ilgili tahminlerin yapılabilmesine, politikalar geliştirilmesine yardımcı olabilir. Bu çalışmada apriori algoritmasını kullanarak verileri analiz eden bir yazılımın tasarımı yapılmıştır. Apriori algoritmasının uygulama aşamasında güven ve destek kriterlerine ek olarak ilginçlik ölçüsünü de hesaba katacak şekilde çalışma genişletilmiştir. Yazılım içerisine aktarılan İŞKUR&#039; a ait verilerin analizi yapılarak iş başvurularına özgü kurallar kümesi oluşturularak yorumlanmıştır.</p></trans-abstract>
