Bu araştırmanın amacı Sakarya Uygulamalı Bilimler Üniversitesi (SUBÜ), Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencilerinin eğitim hizmetlerinden memnun olma düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmada öğrencilerin eğitim hizmetlerinden memnun olma düzeyleri; öğretim elemanları, danışmanlık, yönetim, kaynaklar, bilgisayar, ders ve ders programları olmak üzere altı boyutta incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2021-2022 öğretim yılında SUBÜ Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde öğrenim gören 1327 öğrenci, örneklemini ise çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 463 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veriler Eğitim Fakültesi Öğrenci Memnuniyet Ölçeği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Veriler bağımsız örnekler t-testi ve One-WAY ANOVA kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin genel olarak öğretim elemanlarından, danışmanlık hizmetinden, yönetimden, kaynaklardan ve ders programlarından orta düzeyde memnun olduklarını; bilgisayar olanaklarından ise az memnun olduklarını göstermektedir. Sonuçlar; cinsiyetin, sınıf düzeylerinin, mezun olunan bölümün, akademik ortalamanın, lisanslı sporcu olmanın, öğrencilerin aylık gelirlerinin ve öğrencilerin yaşadıkları bölgenin eğitim hizmetlerinden memnun olma düzeylerinde bazı alt boyutlarında fark yarattığını göstermektedir. SUBÜ Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinin sunduğu danışmanlık hizmetleri, kaynaklar, bilgisayar olanakları, ders ve ders programları gibi hizmetlerin çeşitliliğini ve niteliğini arttırıcı tedbirler alınabilir.
The aim of this research was to examine the level of satisfaction of the students of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences (SUBU), Faculty of Sport Sciences, with the education services provided, according to various variables. Students' satisfaction levels in the research has been examined in six dimensions: teaching staff, consultancy, management, resources, computers, lectures and curriculum. The study's population included 1327 students enrolled in the SUBU Faculty of Sports Sciences for the 2021-2022 academic year, and the sample size consisted of 463 students who voluntarily participated in the study. The data were obtained by using the Faculty of Education Student Satisfaction Scale. In the analysis of data, independent samples t test and one-way analysis of variance statistical techniques were used. The results of the research showed that the students of the faculty of sports sciences were generally satisfied with the teaching staff, consultancy service, management, resources and curriculum, whereas they were less satisfied with the computer facilities. The results indicated that gender, grade levels, graduated department, academic average, being a licensed athlete, monthly income of students and the region they lived in made differences in some sub-dimensions of the satisfaction of students with educational services. Measures can be taken to increase the diversity and quality of services such as counseling services, resources, computer facilities, lectures and curriculum offered by the Faculty of Sports Sciences of SUBU.
