Karizmatik Liderlikte Duygusal Zeka Boyutuyla Cinsiyet Faktörüne İlişkin Literatürsel Bir Çalışma

Öz

Liderlik yaklaşımları geleneksel yaklaşımlardan sonra daha çok psiko dinamik boyutta gelişmekte, sosyo-duygusal ve iletişim temelli yaklaşımlara yönelik eğilimler artmaktadır. Liderlik-duygusal zeka ilişkisi ile ilgili yakın tarihli literatüre bakıldığında ise çalışmalarda karizmatik liderlikte sosyo-duygusal zeka faktörlerinin etkisi üzerine ağırlıklı olarak odaklanıldığı, cinsiyet faktörü üzerine çok fazla değinilmediği görülmektedir. Dolayısıyla her iki alanda da cinsiyet faktörünü literatürsel anlamda irdelemek gereği karşımıza çıkmaktadır.

Bu çalışmanın amacı; karizmatik liderlik-sosyo-duygusal zeka yetkinliklerinde cinsiyet farklılığını literatürsel düzeydeki teorik yaklaşım ve araştırma örnekleriyle irdelemektir. Çalışmada, yeni liderlik yaklaşımları olarak tanımlanan transformasyonel liderlik içinde karizmatik liderlik, duygusal zeka kavramları genel olarak aktarılmakta ve karizmatik liderlik-duygusal zeka ve cinsiyet ilişkisine yönelik araştırma ve yaklaşımlar üzerinde durulmaktadır.
