Ravi S. Sharma is currently a Professor of Technological Innovation at Zayed University in the United Arab Emirates, and since 2018, the Founding Director of the Centre for Inclusive Digital Enterprise - CeIDE (www.ceide.org).

His teaching, consulting and research interests are in digital platforms and eco-systems; typically using field research and analysis for digital transformations and innovations, particularly in underserved segments of societies across the globe.

He received his higher education in Canada - the BSc (Com Sci, Math & Econ) from Brandon, MSc (Com Sci) from Regina and PhD (Management Sciences, now Engineering) from Waterloo. He has held faculty appointments at the University of Canterbury (NZ), ESSEC (APAC), NTU (Singapore), St Francis Xavier University (Canada) and visiting positions at Institute of Technology Bandung, USC Marshall School, IIT-Bombay, Swiss IMD, SP Jain School of Global Management, and Arabian Gulf University.

His 10 years in industry as Director of Deutsche Telekom's Asia-Pacific Multimedia Competency Centre, Asean Communications Industry Principal at IBM Global Services and Senior Telecommunications Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan, has given him the impetus for translational and practice-oriented research.

He has co-authored over 200 technical papers which have appeared in leading journals, conferences, trade publications; written a graduate-level text on knowledge management technologies; and co-edited a research collection of papers on Understanding the IDM Marketplace. He has also been involved in Singapore’s Initiative for ASEAN Integration by training senior officials in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar in Advanced IT Planning. He has successfully secured over $1m in grants as Principal Investigator of the NCB-funded S-ONE field trials, an NRF-funded project on Interactive Digital Enterprises and an MoE tier 2 grant on digital literacies, knowledge societies and sustainable development. His aspiration is to drive impactful and transformational nature of research and teaching in digital technologies through CeIDE.

He is a Distinguished Member & Senior Scholar of the Association of Information Systems, Fellow of the Institution for Engineering & Technology and a Chartered Engineer (UK). Ravi was born in Singapore and currently resides in Abu Dhabi with his family. He practices yoga and vedic philosophy.

Dr. Abil Baush is the CEO and Co-Founder of INNOX Innovation Center in Skopje, North Macedonia, and a university lecturer specializing in management, innovation, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and sustainable development. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management, with research focusing on human capital, digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and economic development.

Dr. Baush has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and management of international research and innovation projects funded by the European Union, including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, LIFE, and Interreg programmes. He has coordinated and contributed to numerous initiatives promoting startup ecosystems, technology transfer, digital innovation, smart specialization, and regional economic development across the Western Balkans and Europe.

His research interests include technology management, digital transformation, innovation policy, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence in management, knowledge management, and sustainable economic development. He has authored and co-authored scientific publications in these fields and actively participates as a reviewer and evaluator for international research and innovation programmes.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Baush serves as an international expert, mentor, and evaluator for several European initiatives, supporting innovation-driven entrepreneurship, business acceleration, and capacity building. His interdisciplinary expertise bridges academia, industry, and public policy, contributing to the advancement of technology management and information systems research and practice.

Dr. Cristian-Mihai Vidu is a management researcher and cybersecurity professional affiliated with the Faculty of Management at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), Bucharest. He holds a PhD in Management from SNSPA and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politehnica University of Bucharest. His research interests include artificial intelligence adoption, digital transformation, cybersecurity, knowledge management, and digital governance. Alongside his academic activity, he is a SANS Certified Instructor, bringing professional experience in information security and cyber defence to his work at the intersection of technology, management, and information systems.
