İnşaat Projelerinde Kaliteyi En Çok Etkileyen Aşamanın Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP ) ile Belirlenmesi

Öz

İnşaat projeleri, “İş Geliştirme ve Teklif Hazırlama” aşaması ile başlayıp “Kesin Kabul ve Sonrasına” kadar devam eden proje yaşam döngüsü çerçevesinde tamamlanmaktadır. Bir inşaat projesinin başarısı; proje yaşam döngüsü çatısı altında ele alınıp, projenin tamamlanmasına kadar etkin bir Kalite Yönetim Sistemi (KYS)’nin uygulanmasına bağlıdır. Yapılan bu çalışmada, inşaat projelerinde kaliteyi en çok etkileyen proje yaşam döngüsü aşamanın ve bu aşamadaki kaliteyi etkileyen en önemli kriterlerin belirlenmesi problemi ele alınmıştır. Öncelikli olarak; ana kriterler, alt kriterler ve alternatifler belirlenerek bir ağ modeli oluşturulmuştur. Sonraki aşamada ise, ana kriterler ve alt kriterler arasındaki etkileşimler belirlenmiştir. Kriterlerin her bir alternatif seçeneği dikkate alınarak; ikili karşılaştırmalarının tamamlanmasıyla, alternatifler arasından en uygun olanı belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar, inşaat projelerinde kaliteyi en çok etkileyen aşamanın, “İnşaat/İmalat & Devreye Alma” alternatifi ve bu alternatifi etkileyen en önemli kriterlerin ise “Kurum Yapısı” ve “Operasyon” olduğu göstermektedir.
