                            <p>In this study, a new route was proposed for electrochemical synthesizing of TiO2 doped diamond-like carbon (DLC) nanocompositefilm. To obtain TiO2 doped DLC nanocomposite film, firstly, titanium metal was dissolved in hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Then, theobtained solution and methanol were mixed with the volume ratio of 1:200 and electrolyzed in a two-electrode cell. The obtainedfilm was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-raydiffraction. SEM image showed homogeneous and porous film. Raman spectroscopy indicated that TiO2 doping leads to sp3 hybridizedcarbon bonds. XPS analysis confirm TiO2 doping and sp3 bonds. In the XRD spectrum, the observed peaks attributed to hexagonalcarbon structure. The obtained results show that DLC nanocomposite film containing high amounts of sp3 bonds can be successfullyproduced by the electrochemical method.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, elektrokimyasal yöntemle TiO2 katkılı elmas-benzeri karbon (EBK) nanokompozit film üretimi için yeni metotönerilmiştir. TiO2 katkılı EBK nanokompozit film üretimi için titanyum metali önce hidrojen peroksit (H2O2) içerisinde çözündü.Daha sonra bu çözelti ve metanol, hacimce 1:200 oranında karıştırılarak iki elektrotlu hücrede elektroliz edildi. Elde edilen film taramalıelektron mikroskobu (SEM), Raman spektroskopisi, X-ışınları fotoelektron spektroskopisi (XPS) ve X-ışınları kırınımı (XRD) ilekarakterize edildi. SEM fotoğrafı, filmin homojen fakat gözenekli bir yüzeye sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Raman spektroskopisi, TiO2katkısının sp3 karbon bağlarına neden olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. XPS analizi, karbonun sp3 bağlı olduğunu ve filmin TiO2 katkılıolduğunu göstermiştir. XRD spektrumunda, hekzagonal karbon yapıya ait pikler gözlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, yüksek miktardasp3 bağları içeren EBK nanokompozit filmin, elektrokimyasal yöntemle başarılı bir şekilde üretilebileceğini göstermektedir.</p></abstract>
