                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bilgisayar, tablet, telefon ve gözlük gibi giyilebilir teknolojilerde yaşanan dijital ilerleme ve etkileşim yeteneğine bağlı gelişen artırılmış gerçeklik, var olan gerçeklik üzerine bina edilen dijital ifade yeteneklerini temsil etmektedir. Günümüzde birçok farklı sektörde artan kullanımı ile dikkat çeken bu teknoloji, geleneksel tasarım ve ifade yöntemlerinden farklı olarak tasarımda yeni ufuklar arayan tasarımcılar için de yeni bir bakış açısı olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Artırılmış gerçeklik ile tasarımcılar daha katılımlı ve etkileşimli eserler üretebilmektedir. AG’nin grafik tasarımında kullanılması bir paradigma değişimi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bazı sanat çevrelerinin ifadesinden yola çıkarak izleyiciyle eserlerin veya tasarımların etkileşimine odaklanan artırılmış gerçeklik sanatta “sonraki büyük şey” olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Araştırma grafik tasarım disiplininde artırılmış gerçeklik kullanımını, uygulama alanlarını, eser ve izleyici yönünden değerini teknolojinin diğer kullanım alanları üzerinden karşılaştırarak irdelemektedir. Geliştirilen tasarım yazılımları, görüntüleme cihazları, tasarım süreçlerindeki avantajlarına değinilerek artırılmış gerçekliğin görsel anlatımdaki gücü ve yeni ifade yolları ortaya çıkarma noktasında sahip olduğu yetenek ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Grafik tasarımında artırılmış gerçeklik kullanımıyla ilgili olarak araştırma boyunca elde edilen bilgiler bağlamında algısal süreçlerde pozitif bir ivme kazandırdığı anlaşılmaktadır. Kullanıcı tecrübesinin pekiştirilmesi, gerçekçi, etkileyici ve etkileşimli tasarım süreçlerine ek olarak hedef kitleyi de sürece dâhil eden işlevsel tasarımların oluşturulmasına yardımcı bir teknoloji olduğu sonucuna varılmaktadır. Grafik tasarım süreçlerinde artırılmış gerçeklik kullanımı aynı zamanda hızlı ve anlık düzeltme ya da değişim gerektiren durumlarda esnek olmasıyla da geleneksel anlayışların ötesinde bir imaj oluşturmaktadır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>Augmented reality, which has developed depending on the digital progress and interaction ability experienced in wearable technologies such as computers, tablets, phones and glasses, represents digital expression capabilities built on existing reality. This technology, which attracts attention with its increasing use in many different sectors today, also attracts attention as a new perspective for designers who are looking for new horizons in design, unlike traditional design and expression methods. Designers can produce more participatory and interactive works with augmented reality. The use of AR in graphic design is defined as a paradigm shift. Based on the expression of some art circles, augmented reality, which focuses on the interaction of works or designs with the audience, is defined as the “next big thing” in art. The research examines the use of augmented reality in the graphic design discipline, its application areas, and its value in terms of works and audience by comparing it with other areas of use of the technology. The advantages of the developed design software, imaging devices and design processes are discussed, and the power of augmented reality in visual expression and its ability to reveal new ways of expression are discussed. The document review method was used in the study. In the context of the information obtained throughout the research on the use of augmented reality in graphic design, it is understood that it provides a positive acceleration in perceptual processes. It is concluded that it is a technology that helps to reinforce the user experience, to create functional designs that include the target audience in the process in addition to realistic, impressive and interactive design processes. The use of augmented reality in graphic design processes also creates an image beyond traditional understandings by being flexible in situations that require fast and instant correction or change.</p></trans-abstract>
