                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu makalenin amacı, ileri teknoloji ihracatı ve ekonomik büyüme ilişkisini ele alan iktisat yazınına mevcut çalışmalardan daha kapsamlı ve genel bir sonuç içeren ampirik bir bulguyla katkı sunmaktır. Bu çalışmada 2000-2021 yılları arasında yayınlanmış, ileri teknoloji ihracatı ve büyüme ilişkisini ele alan ampirik çalışmalarda yer alan veriler kullanılmıştır. Bu veriler ile bu çalışmaların sonuçlarından bağımsız olarak meta-analiz yöntemi ile yeni bir analiz yapılmıştır. Tüm çalışmaların verilerini kapsayan meta-analiz sonucunda, ileri teknoloji ihracatı ve büyüme arasında etki büyüklüğü (Cohen d=1,84) mükemmel düzeyde bulunmuştur. Pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ve mükemmel büyüklükte bulunan bu etki büyüklüğü, ileri teknoloji ihracatının ekonomik büyüme üzerinde arttırıcı yönde ve büyük bir etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the economics literature dealing with the relationship between high technology export and economic growth with an empirical finding that includes a more comprehensive and general result than the existing studies. In this study, data from empirical studies published between 2000 and 2021 on the relationship between high technology export and growth were used. With these data, a new analysis was made with the meta-analysis method, independent of the results of these studies. As a result of the meta-analysis including the data of all studies, the effect size (Cohen d = 1.84) between high technology export and growth was found to be at a perfect level. This effect size, which is positive, significant and perfectly sized, shows that high technology export has an increasing and significant effect on economic growth.</p></trans-abstract>
