                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, bir kamu eğitim kurumunda görev yapan 94 kişi üzerinde yapılan bir araştırma ile bireylerin güçlendirilmişlik algısı ve dört alt boyutunun örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, personel güçlendirme ve alt boyutlarından işi anlamlı bulma algısı ile çalışanların örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeyleri arasında olumlu ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişkinin varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, elde edilen diğer bulgular tartışılmıştır</p></abstract>

                            <p>This study tries to put forth the effect of individuals’ empowerment perception on their organizational identification with an investigation on 94 individuals who are working in a public education organization. Results show that perceived empowerment and one of the dimensions of empowerment, meaningfulness, significantly affect organizational identification.
