                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, örgütsel değişimi ölçmek üzere bir ölçüm aracı geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla, literatür incelenerek organizasyonlardaki değişim boyutları çıkarılmış ve frekansları bulunmuştur. Yüksek frekansa sahip değişim boyutları belirlenmiş ve bunların birbirlerine göre üstünlükleri Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Belirlenen boyutlara ait anket sorularının oluşturulması için Bulanık Bilişsel Haritalama yöntemi kullanılmıştır</p></abstract>

                            <p>In this study, an organizational change scale has been tried to develop. With this purpose, the change dimensions in the organizations have been created and their frequencies have been found out by studying the literature. The change dimensions with high frequency have been determined and their superiorities to one another have been examined with Analytic Hierarchy Process.
