                                                                                                <abstract><p>Küresel çevresel sorunların artışı, örgütlerin sürdürülebilirlik odaklı yönetim stratejileri benimsemelerini zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu bağlamda, sürdürülebilir liderlik ve yeşil psikolojik iklim, çalışanların çevre dostu tutum ve davranışlarını yönlendiren önemli unsurlar olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışma, sürdürülebilir liderlik ile yeşil örgütsel davranış arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemekte ve yeşil psikolojik iklimin bu süreçteki etkisini analiz etmektedir. Araştırma, Çankırı ilinde kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan bireylerden oluşan 438 kişilik bir örneklem üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, sürdürülebilir liderlik algısının çalışanların yeşil örgütsel davranış düzeyini artırdığını ve yeşil psikolojik iklimin yeşil örgütsel davranışla pozitif yönde ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Öte yandan, gruplar arası karşılaştırmalar, çalışma süresi (kıdem) ve sektör temelinde gruplandırılan katılımcıların yeşil örgütsel davranış puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılaşma olmadığını göstermiştir. Çalışma, sürdürülebilir liderliğin çevresel sürdürülebilirlik politikalarına katkı sağlayan bir yönetim yaklaşımı olduğunu ve çalışanların çevre dostu davranışlarını teşvik ettiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Gelecekte yapılacak araştırmaların, örgütsel kültür, bireysel değerler ve motivasyon gibi ek değişkenleri içerecek şekilde genişletilmesi önerilmektedir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>The increase in global environmental problems has necessitated organizations to adopt sustainability-oriented management strategies. In this context, sustainable leadership and green psychological climate are considered crucial factors guiding employees’ environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors. This study examines the relationship between sustainable leadership and green organizational behavior and analyses the role of green psychological climate in this process. The research was conducted on a sample of 438 individuals working in both the public and private sectors in Çankırı province. The findings indicate that the perception of sustainable leadership enhances employees’ levels of green organizational behavior, and that green psychological climate is positively associated with green organizational behavior. Furthermore, group comparisons revealed no statistically significant differences in green organizational behavior scores among participants grouped by tenure or sector. The study demonstrates that sustainable leadership constitutes a management approach that contributes to environmental sustainability policies and promotes employees’ environmentally friendly behaviors. It is recommended that future research expand the scope by incorporating additional variables such as organizational culture, individual values, and motivation.</p></trans-abstract>
