Heterotopik gebelik, intrauterin ve ektopik gestasyonun aynı zamanda oluşmasıdır. Sekiz haftalık gebeliği olduğu bilinen hasta bulantı, kusma ve batında yaygın defans ile başvurmuştu. Yapılan acil ultrasonografide 7 haftalık intrauterin canlı gebelik ve batın içinde yaygın sıvı koleksiyonu izlenmişti. Hemodinamik parametrelerinin de hızla kötüleşmesi nedeniyle acilen operasyona alınan hastada batın içinde yaklaşık 2 litre kısmen koagüle olmuş kan ve sol tubal rüptüre ektopik kesesi izlendi. Takiben sol parsiyel salpenjektomi yapıldı ve kanama kontrolü sağlanarak operasyona son verildi. Biz bu yazımızda spontan gebelik sonrası gelişen, özellikle ilk trimesterde akut batın bulgularına yol açabilen, sık rastlanılmayan ancak akılda tutulması gereken bir heterotopik gebelik olgusunu literatürü gözden geçirerek sunmak istedik
