Desmoplastik küçük yuvarlak hücreli tümör (DKYHT) genellikle adölesan ve genç erişkin yaş grubunu etkileyen, ender görülen ancak çok saldırgan seyreden bir neoplazmdır. En sık peritoneal boşluğu tutar ancak farklı lokalizasyonlarda da görülebilmektedir. Literatürde yaklaşık 200 olgu bildirilmiştir. Bu yazıda yeni bir olgu sunulmuştur
