                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>Wells sendromu akut eritemli, kaşıntılı indüre selülit benzeri lezyonlarla karakterize nadir görülen bir dermatozdur. Lezyonlar 2-3 gün içinde hızla ilerler ve sonraki 2-8 haftada skar bırakmadan spontan olarak gerilerler. Patolojik incelemede dermiste ödem ve eozinofillerden zengin infiltrasyon izlenir. Subakut dönemde kollagen bantları çevreleyen eozinofillerin degranülasyonu ile alev figürleri oluşur. Vaskülit bulguları yoktur. Ateş, kırgınlık ve artralji gibi sistemik semptomlar gözlenebilir. Burada tekrarlayan selülit benzeri lezyonlarla başvuran kliniko-patolojik korelasyonla tanısı konmuş ve kısa süreli metilprednizolon ve topikal steroidle başarılı tedavisi yapılmış bir eozinofilik selülit olgusu sunulmaktadır</p></abstract>
