Endometriozis, endometriyal dokunun uterin kavite dışında bir yerde yerleşimi ile karakterizedir. En sık yerleşim yeri pelvistir, fakat ekstrapelvik, hatta ektraabdominal lokalizasyonlarda da görülebilir. Burada gluteus kaslarında yerleşen endometriomalı genç bir kadın olguyu sunuyor ve radyolojik bulgularını tartışıyoruz.
