Behçet Necatigil, one of the most importantpoets of Turkishliterature, wrote his first poem when he was in his high school years and had written many poems till 1979 when he died. Quite many studieshave been done and his poem worldhas been analyzed in various aspects.Necatigil’s poems have been discussed from the point of the word frameworkand paths they contain; have been handled in the contextof the various themes as notably the house theme,their folk literature components have been analyzed; they have been dealt in terms of the poet’s reception aesthetic of the poems; and in his poems,the effects of very differentpaths such as the sexuality, the depression to which the industrialization led, the mythological components have been traced.Necatigil’s poems in terms of its language, myths, legends,and folk narrations he referred present the rich data. Necatigilwho had the commandof both The West and The East mythologies used the mythological componentsin his poems and the archetypes accepted as being born from the mythsin some of his poems. The rebirth archetypewhich forms the subject of our study finds its own place in his poems. While the rebirth archetype are clearly worked in some of his poems, it is dealt more implicitly in some of his poems.The rebirth archetype finds its place in the poems sometimes as a name, sometimesas an animal, and sometimesas a plant. This study aims to examine the aforementioned symbols. Since a lot of words have been told about the conceptof the archetype; without mentioning about this subject, the reflections of the rebirth archetype will be lookedin the poems by givinginformation about it in the study.
Türk edebiyatının önemli şairlerinden biri olan Behçet Necatigil ilkşiirini henüz lise yıllarındayken kaleme almış ve öldüğü 1979 yılına kadar çoksayıda şiir yazmıştır. Necatigil hakkında pek çok çalışma yapılmış, şiirdünyası çeşitli açılardan incelenmiştir. Necatigil’in şiirleri, barındırdığıkelime kadrosu ve izlekler bakımından tartışılmış; başta ev temi olmak üzere çeşitlitemler bağlamında ele alınmış; halk edebiyatı unsurları incelenmiş; şairinşiirleri alımlama estetiği bakımından ele alınmış ve şiirlerde cinsellik,sanayileşmenin doğurduğu bunalım, mitolojik ögeler gibi çok farklı izleklerinizi sürülmüştür. Necatigil’in şiirleri arketipselbakımdan incelenmeye elverişli metinlerdir. Necatigil’in şiirleri dili,gönderme yaptığı mitler, efsaneler, halk anlatıları bakımından zengin verilersunmaktadır. Hem Batı hem Doğu mitolojilerine hakim olan Necatigil, şiirlerindemitolojik unsurları ve mitlerden doğduğu kabul edilen arketipleri bazı şiirlerindekullanmıştır. Çalışmamızın konusunu oluşturan yeniden doğuş arketipi deşiirlerde kendine yer bulmuştur. Yeniden doğuş arketipi bazı şiirlerde açık birşekilde işlenmişken bazı şiirlerde ise daha örtük olarak ele alınmıştır.Yeniden doğuş arketipi şiirlerde bazen bir isim, bazen bir hayvan, bazen de birbitki olarak kendine yer bulmuştur. Bu çalışma söz konusu simgeleriirdelemeyiamaçlamaktadır.Arketip kavramı hakkında söylenmiş çok söz olduğundançalışmada bu konuya fazla değinilmeden yeniden doğuş arketipi hakkında bilgilerverilerek şiirlerdeki yansımalarına bakılacaktır.
