Stresin Köpeklerde Davranış Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Canlılar stres durumunda farklı davranışlar sergilemekte ve bu davranışların değerlendirilmesi ile stres çeşidi ve seviyesi belirlenebilmektedir. Bu nedenle, hayvanlarda stresin ve dolayısıyla refah durumunun belirlenmesinde davranış değişiklikleri önemli bir parametredir. Köpekler üzerine yapılan araştırmalar, köpeklerin de akut ve kronik stres durumlarında farklı davranışlar ve vücut pozisyonları sergilediklerini göstermektedir. Strese özgü olarak ortaya çıkan bu davranış tepkilerinin bilinmesi, köpeklerin refah durumlarının değerlendirilmelerinde yol gösterici olacaktır.
