                            <p>The objective of this study was to investigate theeffect of the use of substrates culture in Limoniumsinuatum (L.) Mill. growth on yield and plantnutrient contents in Greenhouse condition. For this purpose, peat, perlite,tuff and their mixtures in equal amounts (1:1:1) and the soil as the controlgroup were taken into the experiment. In order to achieve the specified goal,the yield was obtained and leaves and root nutrient content were analyzed. Experiment was laid out in randomized parceldesign with three replications. In both years, the effects of growing medias onleaf [P, K, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu] and root contents [P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu] werefound statistically significant (p&amp;lt;0.05). It was concluded that Limonium sinuatum ‘(L.) Mill. showed thebest yield in peat and equal amounts of mixture media (peat: perlite: tuff) andthe nutrient solution used for fertilization was sufficient for plantdevelopment according to the plant nutrient content of the leaf and root.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Araştırma, Limoniumsinuatum (L.)Mill. yetiştiriciliğindetopraksız tarım ortam kültürü tekniği kullanımının verim ve bitki besinelementi içerikleri üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla sera koşullarındayürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla torf, perlit, cüruf ve bunların eşit miktarlardakikarışımları (1:1:1) ile kontrol grubunu oluşturan toprak ortamı denemeye alınmıştır.Belirlenen amaca ulaşabilmek için verim ile bitkilerin yaprak ve kök aksamlarındakibitki besin elementi analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma, tesadüfparselleri deneme desenine uygun 3 tekrarlı olarak düzenlenmiştir. Her ikiyılda da yetiştirme ortamlarının yapraktaki P, K, Mg, Fe, Mn ve Cu ile kökteki P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn ve Cuiçerikleri üzerindeki etkileri istatistiki olarak önemli bulunmuştur(p&amp;lt;0.05). L. sinuatum (L.) Mill. bitkisinin,torf ve eşit miktarlardaki karışım ortamlarında (torf: perlit: cüruf) en iyiverimi gösterdiği ve gübreleme amacıyla kullanılan besin çözeltisinin yaprak vekökteki bitki besin elementi içeriklerine göre bitki gelişimi için yeterliolduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.</p></abstract>
