                                                                                                <abstract><p>Havayoluulaşımı günümüzde en çok tercih edilen ulaşım şekillerinden biridir. Bunun enönemli nedeni; havayolu ulaşımının diğer ulaşım tiplerine göre son derece hızlıolmasıdır. Çok yüksek hızlar söz konusu olduğu için doğal olarak emniyetfaktörü havacılıkta daha da fazla önem kazanmaktadır. Havacılığın genel olarakemniyetli bir ulaşım sistemi olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak bu kaza riskinin hiçolmadığı anlamına gelmez. Kaza riskini en aza indirebilmek için hem ulusal hemde uluslararası kuruluşlarca çeşitli çalışmalar yürütülmektedir. Buçalışmaların hemen hepsinde havayolu ulaşımının emniyet seviyesini etkileyen enönemli unsur olarak insan faktörü ön plana çıkmaktadır. Pilotlar, hava trafikkontrolörleri, hava aracı bakım personelleri, uçuş harekât uzmanları, kabingörevlileri, uçak üretiminde çalışanlar vb. havacılıkta insan faktörlerinioluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla insan faktörü havacılık sisteminin tüm alanlarındakaza risk düzeyi üzerinde etkilidir. Ancak bu çalışmada sadece hava trafikkontrol alanı üzerine odaklanılacak ve hava trafik kontrolörlerindenkaynaklanan uçak kazaları ayrıntılı şekilde incelenmiştir. Makalenin sonundaise olası kazaların önlenebilmesi için çözüm önerileri sunulacaktır.</p></abstract>
