                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütlerdeki empatik liderlik davranışının bireyler ve örgütler açısındanberaberinde getirdiği sonuçları ortaya koymak ve bütüncül olarak değerlendirmektir. Budoğrultuda sistematik derleme yöntemi tercih edilmiş, 2019 ile 2025 yılları arasında yayınlananulusal ve uluslararası akademik makaleler çeşitli eleme kriterlerinden geçirilmiş, ardından 15yayın çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar empatik liderliğin iş görenlere duygusaldestek sunan, güven ilişkisi geliştiren, psikolojik olarak güvende hissetmesini sağlayan, tümbunlarla birlikte örgüte bağlılığı, iş tatminini, yenilikçi ve proaktif davranışları teşvik eden,bireysel ve örgütsel performansa katkı sağlayan bir liderlik yaklaşımı olduğunu göstermektedir.Empatik liderlik teorisi yalnız iş görenin ya da örgütün çıkarını temel alan bir yaklaşımolmamakla birlikte tüm tarafların memnuniyetini hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışmadan elde edilensonuçlar da bütüncül olarak değerlendirildiğinde, örgütlerde sergilenen empatik liderlikdavranışının hem iş görenlere hem de örgütlere sunduğu katkıyla stratejik öneme sahip, farkyaratıcı bir yaklaşım olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmayla ortaya konan sonuçların,empatik liderliğin örgütsel düzeydeki etkilerine odaklanan gelecekteki araştırmalar için yolgösterici olacağı düşünülmektedir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>The purpose of this study is to reveal and comprehensively evaluate the implications ofempathetic leadership behavior in organizations for individuals and organizations. In thisregard, a systematic review approach was preferred and 15 publications were included in thestudy after screening national and international academic articles published between 2019 and2025 using various selection criteria. The results show that empathetic leadership is a leadershipapproach that provides emotional support to employees, builds trust, makes them feelpsychologically safe, while also encouraging organizational commitment, job satisfaction,innovative and proactive behaviors and contributes to individual and organizationalperformance. Empathetic leadership theory is not an approach based solely on the interests ofthe employee or the organization, but aims to satisfy all parties. When the results are evaluatedholistically, they reveal that the empathetic leadership behavior exhibited in organizations is astrategic and distinctive approach that contributes to both employees and the organization.
