Öz

There is no certain evidence about the existence of the works called Jifr and Jamia. For the narrations concerning this subject have been made by Kuleini who had been accepted as a have by both the Sunnis and Shiis. Nor was it accepted by the modern poems, In contrast to the known fact, Shiites, today belongs to the Sunnis. So we have seen that it’s generally used by the Sunnis. However Ali, the prophet’s nephew and son in law, might have some information about this method which is believed to give some news about future, which is not reliable an proper. This method had not been systematized by its defenders. So, we must follow the rules of the Quran and the sunnah and we can not deciphere the mysterious things.
