VESTİBÜLER UYARILMIŞ MİYOJENİK POTANSİYELLERİN STANDARDİZASYONU

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, klinikte ayırıcı tanı testi olarak kullanmak üzere, Vestibüler Uyarılmış
Miyojenik Potansiyellere ilişkin normatif veriler elde etmektir.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmaya; 16’sı kadın, 16’sı erkek olmak üzere toplam 32 gönüllü katıldı.
Elektrotlar, toprak elektrot, alına; aktif elektrot, sternokleidomastoid kasının orta kısmına; referans elektrot
ise sternokleidomastoid kasının sternum kısmına gelecek şekilde yerleştirildi. 1000 Hz tone burst uyarıcı
kullanıldı.
Bulgular: Cinsiyetler ve kulaklar arasında P13-N23 latans değerleri arasında anlamlı fark elde edilmedi.
105, 100, 95, 90 ve 85 dB nHL’de, P13 ve N23 için ortalama latans ve amplitüt değerleri saptandı. Tüm
grupta ortalama eşik değeri 91,875 dB nHL olarak bulundu.
Sonuç: P13-N23 latans değerlerinde standart sapmanın küçük olmasına karşın, amplitüt değerlerinde
standart sapmanın büyük olduğu belirlendi. Bu durum latansın ayırıcı tanı için daha belirleyici olduğu
şeklinde yorumlandı
