Öz
Pankreasın müsinöz kistik neoplazisi tüm pankreatik kistik neoplazilerin % 9.7’sini oluşturur. Kadınlarda erkeklere göre 10 kat fazla görülen bu hastalıkla ilgili literatürde bildirilmiş tedavi yöntemi cerrahi rezeksiyondur. Cerrahi rezeksiyona pankreasın yanı sıra dalak, ince barsak, kalın barsak ve sol sürrenal bezin de katıldığı olgu sunumu yapılmış ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
