ERKEN EVRE SERVİKS SKUAMÖZ HÜCRELİ KARSİNOMUN BİLATERAL OVER METASTAZI SONUCU AKUT BATIN: OLGU SUNUMU
Öz
Giriş: Erken evre serviks squamöz hücreli karsinomanın over metastazı oldukça nadir bir durumdur. Bu makalede bilateral over metastazı yapmış erken evre squamöz hücreli serviks karsinomu olan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Olgu: 43 yaşında bilateral adneksiyel kitle ve in situ serviks karsinomu ön tanısı olan kadın akut batın gelişmesi üzerine acil laparotomiye alındı. Patoloji raporu serviksteki primer lezyonun okült karsinom olduğu ancak bilateral over lezyonlarının primer serviks squamöz hücreli karsinomun metastazi olduğu ve rüptüre oldukları bildirildi. Sonuç: Bu makalede serviks karsinomu olduğu bilinen kadınların preoperatif tam değerlendirilmesinin önemi ve nadir over metastazları ile ilgili literatür derlemesi sunulmuştur.
