                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada çocuk gelişimcilerin lisans eğitimleri sürecinde duygu düzenleme eğitimi alıp almama durumlarına göre mesleki duygusal iletişim becerilerini incelemek hedeflenmiştir. Tarama modeli niteliğindeki tanımlayıcı desende yürütülen çalışmanın örneklem grubu amaçlı ve kartopu örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. 158 kişiden oluşan çalışma grubunun 78’i mezun olmadan önce duygu düzenleme eğitimini bir dönem boyunca lisans dersi olarak alırken 80’i bu eğitimi almadan mezun olmuştur. Veri toplama araçları olarak Katılımcı Bilgi Formu ve Duygusal İletişim Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Analizler yapılırken gruplar arası karşılaştırmalarda Bağımsız Gruplar T-Testi ve Çift Yönlü Varyans Analizi istatistik yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda duygu düzenleme eğitimlerinin çocuk gelişimcilerin mesleki duygusal iletişim becerilerinin tüm alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılığa neden olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca araştırma sonuçları çocuk gelişimcilerin yaş, cinsiyet ve çalışma alanı özelliklerinin mesleki duygusal iletişim becerilerini etkilediğini de göstermektedir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>In this study, it was aimed to examine the professional emotional communication skills of child development specialists according to whether they received emotion regulation training during their undergraduate education. The sample group of the study, which was carried out in a descriptive design as a screening model, was determined by purposive and snowball sampling method. 78 of the study group consisting of 158 people took emotion regulation training as an undergraduate course for one semester before graduation, while 80 graduated without this training. Participant Information Form and Emotional Communication Scale were used as data collection tools. Independent Groups T-Test and Two-Way Analysis of Variance statistical methods were used for comparisons between groups. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that emotion regulation trainings caused a significant difference in all sub-dimensions of child development specialists&#039; professional emotional communication skills. In addition, the results of the research also show that age, gender and field of study characteristics of child development specialists affect their professional emotional communication skills.</p></trans-abstract>
