                                                                                                <abstract><p>Özet:Üstün performans elde etmek için, rakiplere karşısürdürülebilir avantajlara sahip olmak prensibi günümüzstrateji düşüncesinin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Ancak, buavantajların neler olması gerektiği konusunda sınırlı veçelişkili bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sürdürülebilirrekabet avantajlarının neler olduğunu ve nasıl elde edildiğinianlamak için kaynak bazlı firma teorisi temel yapı olarakbenimsenmiş ve rekabet avantajı literatürü ile sentezedilmiştir. Araştırmamızda rekabetçi avantaj kuramınınliteratürde belirlenmiş tüm farklı boyutları sunulmuş vebunları içeren sermaye bazlı üç ana üstünlük tanımlanmıştır.Önerilen çok boyutlu ölçüm modelinin ampirik testi ihracatyapan 184 Türk firmasının verilerine dayanmaktadır. Önanalizlerle psikometrik özellikleri sınanan ölçekler doğrulayıcıfaktör analizinde yapısal eşitlik modeliyle test edilmiştir.Abstract:The notion that superior performance requiressustainable advantage over competitors is central tocontemporary strategic thinking. Yet, limited and conflictinformation is available as to what these advantages should be.In this study, we adopt the resource based view of the firm as atheoretical foundation and synthesize it with the competitiveadvantage literature to understand what these advantages areand how they are achieved. Our research considers thedifferent dimensions of competitive advantage suggested in theliterature and defines three fundamental equity basedcompetitive advantages. The proposed multidimensionalmeasurement model is tested empirically with data obtainedfrom 184 Turkish exporting firms. After preliminary test ofthe psychometric properties of the scales they are subjected toa Confirmatory Factor Analysis with Structural EquationsModeling.</p></abstract>
