                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>In this paper first we will explain the insufficiency of the traditional organization forms. Later we will discuss the needs that gave rise to and the developınent of network organization forms, the types, the characteristics and the basic elements of network organization forms. The benefits that result from and problems that are caused by will be considered.
